Spirix, an independent setup and connection partner, can install it and connect your account for you. Most people are up and running after one short call, about 15 minutes. Spirix is a separate, independent company, not Gixodia and not acting on Gixodia's behalf, so choosing to use them is your own decision. Gixodia is software only. On the Euro plus Gold plan there is nothing to install at all: no VPS, no PC left on, because Spirix connects your account and runs it in a managed pool.
